My Labor Day Suprise!!
So I was feeling pretty blue this weekend because Vernon had already been gone for two weeks, and I still had another week to go until he came home. Then to boot, after he had evacuated everyone for the hurricane the company stuck him in a hotel in New Iberia that was part of the mandatory evacuation zone. So, I was getting ready for a holiday filled with homework, and worrying about my husband. Well, Vernon calls me Sunday night to tell me that someone from the ward was dropping some information off for him and to answer the door. (I normally don't answer my door when Vernon is gone) So, about ten minutes later there is a knock on my door and guess who it was? MY HUBBY!!! I can usually tell when he has got something up his sleeve, but I was so suprised, and estatic. Just ask Vernon, I jumped up and down for about a half an hour. Needless to say we had a great Labor Day, and I didn't get any homework done.

Misty,
How cute that vern suprised you! I am glad he made it back safely. I saw your blog on melissa's and thought I would say hi!
How awesome is that! I don't know how you survive three weeks straight. Yikes.
Surprises are great! Glad he made it home safely and that y'all had a fun weekend.
Yay!!! I am happy for you! I love surprises like that especially when they get it by you with out you figuring it out. I can always tell when Erik is going to do something. I end up ruining the surprise because he is bad at surprising. I love it when he gets one by me though. SO exciting!
Hey Misty,
We're home anytime you want to come by. Thanks for everything. I miss all the girls.
Hi Misy-
I hope you don't mind, I seemed to have stumbled across your blog and I love it! Whats even more strange is I was thinking about you the other day. I must have been cleaning and found some old girls camp stuff. Crazy! Keep in touch, girlie!
love
Krystal (feel free to check out our boring blog)
